Day 1: USA – Rio de Janeiro
You're off to Brazil for the adventure of a lifetime.

Day 2
Arrival at Rio de Janeiro Airport, meet your Host, and private transfer to Hotel. Stroll the boardwalk in front of Copacabana Beach and enjoy a snack sitting at a sidewalk cafe. Afternoon visit to Sugar Loaf Mountain cable car for your first panoramic glimpse of Rio de Janeiro city, Guanabara Bay, Copacabana Beach Coastline.

Day 3
Free time for breakfast served in the main Hotel dining room from 07:00am. This morning, take the optional Jeep safari tour through "Floresta da Tijuca" the largest urban forest in the world. Or, take the optional tour to Corcovado Mountain. You'll ascend Corcovado by cog railway, and have a magnificent 360° panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro from where the statue of Christ the Redeemer is perched 2,300 feet above the city. This evening take the optional Plataforma I tour. You'll start with dinner at a Churrascaria barbecue restaurant, and then enjoy the Carnival/Samba music and dance show at Plataforma I.

Day 4
Free time for breakfast served in the main Hotel dining room from 07:00am. Today, optional sightseeing includes a schooner cruise to the Tropical Islands. Board a typical Brazilian schooner in the morning and cruise the clear waters among the hundreds of islands south of Rio, stopping for swimming and lunch. Musicians onboard will entertain you, playing Brazil's native bossa nova and samba. Or, take the optional tour to Imperial Petropolis, once the residence of Brazil's royal family. On display are rare Imperial artifacts including the crown jewels of Emperor Dom João II.

Day 5: Rio de Janeiro – USA
Free time for breakfast served in the main Hotel dining room from 07:00am. Last day in Rio to enjoy relaxing at your leisure. Your tour includes a visit to H. Stern Gem Factory, the largest jewelry store in the world. Please ask the H. Stern representative in your hotel lobby to arrange transportation for this visit. Evening transfer to the airport for your return flight to the USA.
